Tripti is an accomplished chartered accountant , SRCC graduate and completed her Master of business law from National law school , Bangalore with over 16 years of experience in accounting, auditing, mergers and acquisitions, and sustainability advisory. She has previously worked with renowned Murli national organizations such as PwC, Grant Thornton, and the World Bank.

She has held prominent roles as the Chairperson and Co-Chairperson of the Women Entrepreneurship Committee and MSME Committee at PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ASSOCHAM, and MEPSC Skill Council. 
She has also served on the governing council of NIESBUD under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, further contributing to the development of the financial and entrepreneurial landscape.
