Prior to joining the leadership at K G Somani & Co. LLP, she built a strong professional foundation with leading global firms, including PwC and Grant Thornton, where she gained extensive expertise in financial advisory, assurance, risk management, and strategic consulting.

In addition to her professional practice, she is the Founder of Womennovator, a global platform dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs through incubation, mentorship, market access, funding opportunities, and policy advocacy. Under her leadership, the platform has supported and enabled the growth of more than 10,000 women-led enterprises across diverse sectors.

CA Tripti actively contributes to national policy and industry development. She serves on the Governing Council of the National Startup Advisory Council under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, and is the Co-Chair of the Innovative Development Working Group at the BRICS Women Business Alliance under FICCI.

A recognized speaker and industry influencer, she is a three-time TEDx Speaker, has served as a jury member for several prestigious national and international platforms, and sponsored and hosted a panel discussion at the World Economic Forum, Davos 2026.
