Assistant Manager -Statutory Audit

Report to




To carry out the Statutory Audits of Various clients,

· Planning and review of financial statement as per IND-AS

· Being a SPOC for the client

· To take initiative in finalizing the Final report

· To be updated with all the amendments to the applicable laws including Internal Financial Control over Financial Reporting

· Work closely with the Partner to build client relationships.

· Discussion with the Top Management and update them with Significant issues during the audit.

· Conducting Reviews of the work done by Audit team and giving Partner Reviews.

· To review the progress on a regular basis to assess team adherence to timelines and finalize whole assignment and train the fellow articled assistant


Required Candidate profile

Canditate Profile should include

Chartered Accountant with 3-4 years post qualification experience in Statutory Audit

· Should have a knowledge of IGAAP/INDAS/IFRS

· Expert knowledge of business processes, accounting, reporting and audit methodology

· Be willing to travel to across India and abroad

· Should have an ability to work under deadlines and demanding client conditions.

· Excellent team management and client handling experience

· Strong analytical skills
