Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Associate Vice President to lead our audit and assurance assignments. The ideal candidate must have at least 4-5 years of relevant post qualification experience in statutory audits, limited reviews, forensic audit, monitoring audits, etc., sound knowledge in Ind AS and Auditing Standards, and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Statutory Audits, Monitoring Audits and Other audit & assurance services: Manage end-to-end audit engagements, ensuring compliance with Ind AS, auditing standards, and regulatory frameworks.
Technical Excellence: Provide technical expertise on complex accounting matters, delivering high-quality audit solutions.
Analytical Review & Reporting: Perform in-depth analytical reviews, identify key insights, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Team Management: Supervise and mentor audit teams, ensuring timely execution of assignments and professional development of team members.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, addressing their audit requirements and providing value-added solutions.
Compliance & Quality Standards: Ensure all audits adhere to firm policies, professional standards, documentation within timelines and quality control procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Ind AS, IFRS, and regulatory developments, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the firm.
Qualifications and Skills:
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audits and other assurance engagements.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and deliver meaningful insights.
Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in leading teams, coaching junior staff, and managing multiple priorities effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using audit tools and MS Office applications.
Results-Oriented: Smart in concluding audits, meeting deadlines, and delivering actionable outcomes.
