Job Responsibilities–

  • Assist in manage employee lifecycle and human resource activities
  • Ensures timely background verification, keeps are track of the same
  • Ensure smooth induction and onboarding process and timely feedbacks on the onboarding
  • Ensure all employee files and documents are in place
  • Ensure smooth exit process of employees
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and culture surveys
  • Ensure timely resolution of Employee grievances
  • Assist is bringing new employee benefit programs

Requirements –

  • Master’s degree in human resource
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working experience into HR Operations
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Excellent active listening, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
