Job Responsibilities
· Maintain employee lifecycle and monitor all Human Resources activities
· Ensure all employee files and documents are in place
· Ensures smooth induction and onboarding process
· Maintain a healthy environment in the work area
· Employee engagement activities.
· Ensure all employees have their KRAs
· Maximize the potential of employees; assist them in amplifying their contributions.
· Improve organizational effectiveness while remaining consistent with company culture and values.
· Effective allocation and management of resources for different department
· Conducting regular Manager and Partners meeting
· Introduce and implement new employee benefit programs
· Prepare and execute Employee rewards and recognition programs to cultivates a positive relationship between employers and employees
· Conduct timely surveys and ensure taking timely action on the same
· HR Policy creation and implementation, ensure adherence to the same
· Ensures smooth exit process, conduct exit interviews and grievance handling with employees separating from the organization
· Payroll management
Requirements –
· Master’s degree in human resource
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proven working experience as HR Operations Manager
· People oriented and results driven
· Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
· Knowledge of HR systems and databases
· Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
· Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
