• Chartered Accountant by profeesion and with wide experience in establishing internal controls-Operational and financial, Preperation/review of standard operating procedures(SOPs), Due diligence review for mergers and aquisitions, risk management, financial & tax planning, Budgeting and MIS, compliance management & good manufacturing practices, Troubleshooting in various areas. Also had gained experience in industries such as Real estate, construction, cement, Distilleries & Breweries, Publishing houses, airlines and shipping lines etc.

• On a functional basis, he has worked with Shweta Estate Private limited(Central Park), as a Group-Chief Internal Auditor, responsible for internal audit of the group companies having interest having interest in Real Estate, Hospitality, Infrastructure and manufacturing of auto components.
